Sweet Paeds Therapy Clinical Team is led by Managing Director Caitlin Carlow. After graduating with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours from Monash University in 2016, Caitlin has been practicing in paediatric occupational therapy for the past 9+ years. Caitlin is internationally certified to practice Ayres Sensory Integration® Assessment and Intervention and DIRFloortime® (floortime) Assessment and Intervention.
Caitlin oversees assessment and intervention of all Sweet Paeds Therapy children and continues to practice as a clinical practitioner as well as by provide supporting to the clinical team.

 

All of Sweet Paeds Therapy occupational therapists are supported to continually increase their clinical knowledge and skills through an internal professional development program, as well as external opportunities. Senior Occupational Therapists on the team demonstrate extensive clinical knowledge, have a minimum of 5 years of paediatric occupational therapy practice, and provide support to the rest of the clinical team.
